  4. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Serve immediately OR chill and serve cold.
  6. **Can be made 1 day ahead, stored in refrigerator.
  7. **Serve with fresh pineapple, papaya, cookies.
  8. **Serve on the side as a dressing for fruit salad.
