Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro sprigs
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 smal jalapeno pepper, havled and seeded

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  2. This makes 1 cup of vinaigrette
