Light Peanutbutter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar or
  • 1/3 cup splenda sweetner or 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Line baking sheets with foil coat with cookiing spray combined
  3. Flour soda salt Reserve
  4. On medium speed beat brown sugar sweetener and vegtable oil spread untill cramy 1-2 minutes, beat in peanut butter and egg whites untill smooth on low speed beat flour mixture untill jusdt combined
  5. Roll dough into 24 balls place 3 inches apart on pans using forks flatten each ball to 1/2 inch thickness press few peanuts into each center of cookie bake 9-11 minutes or till edges are set and light brown cool 5 minutes transfer from pans to racks cool completely
