Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb ground pork (pork hamburger)
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 pints tomatoes, cooked

Directions:

  1. Fry onions in butter until brown.
  2. Add ground pork (pork hamburger).
  3. Fry until done.
  4. Cook rice separately until done.
  5. Mix tomatoes, rice, and pork hamburger; season to taste.
  6. Put into a baking dish.
  7. Bake 3/4 hour (no time was given).
