Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In top of double boiler, combine eggs, sugar,lemon juice and rind and butter.
  2. Cook, stirring until thick ( like mayonnaise).
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Add mayonnaise and nuts.
  5. Spread thinly on bread.
  6. Cut sandwiches into 4 triangles for a delightful party sandwich.
