Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz.) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour bread pans.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Pour into 2 to 3 medium size bread pans and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Note: If using large size or mini size bread pans, adjust the baking time
