Lemon Pomegranate Shrimp Saute

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse shrimp and remove tails.
  2. Place shrimp in bowl with top or ziploc freezer bag.
  3. Combine all ingredients, and shake to thoroughly coat shrimp.
  4. Let mixture stand (in refrigerator) as long as you are able.
  5. Add to large saute pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and nicely pink.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides, we like linguini and brocolli with grated parmesean.
