Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, blend with mixer the Mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon rind, vanilla and lemon extracts until smooth
  2. Fold in whipped cream
  3. In Parfait glasses, layer crushed cookies, curd, then Mascarpone filling, using twice as much filling as crumbs and curd
  4. Repeat layers
