Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush crackers fine in food processor
  2. Add butter until crackers will hold together
  3. Flatten crust into pie dish
  4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
  5. Let cool COMPLETELY
  6. Mix together ingredients from filling and pour into pie crust
  7. For the top, beat egg whites adding sugar a Tbsp at a time
  8. Beat until stiff enough where they will form peaks and stand
  9. Brown at 350 for about 15 minutes but WATCH CAREFULLY!
  10. CHILL well before serving
