Lemon Garlic Pepper Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle mixture of spices
  2. & garlic on both sides of Flat Iron Steak.
  3. Let sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Use any indoor grill
  5. Like a George Forman Grill or stove top Grill.
  6. Oil Grill well.
  7. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
  8. Add the steak to the grill.
  9. Leaving it untouched until side one has grill marks about 5 minutes.
  10. Turn over & leave on for another 4 minutes.
  11. Serve sliced with potato or over rice with vegetables.
  12. Also great in a tortilla.
  13. Very jucy & great flavor.
  14. Super Easy & priced well.
