Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Make the dressing: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and purée until the mixture reaches a smooth and pourable consistency - about 2 to 3 minutes. Store covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
