Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray Crock pot with non-stick spray.
  2. Rub chicken cavity with poultry seasoning and side-down of chicken.
  3. Put lemon and garlic in chicken cavity.
  4. Put cut onion into chicken cavity.
  5. Rub top of chicken with poultry seasoning.
  6. Put chicken into crock pot and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
  8. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high for 5-7 hours.
