Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together evaporated milk and lemonade in blender
  2. Add cream cheese chunks, a small amount at a time, blending until smooth after each addition
  3. Add pudding mix and zest
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Pour into pie crust
  6. Serve with dollop of whipped cream
  7. Cook time is chill time
