Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar together. Add salt and flour and mix well. Pat into 9 x13 greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
  2. Filling:
  3. Eggs beaten slightly 1/4 cup flour
  4. Cups sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice
  5. /2 tsp baking powder grated lemon rind
  6. Mix together and pour over hot crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut when cool
