Ingredients:

  • 1 -18 3/4 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Set aside 1 cup.
  2. Press rest into 9x13 cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg. Spread on mixture.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of mix on top.
  6. Bake again for 15 minutes.
  7. Cool and cut bars.
