Lemon Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed (or more depending on your taste)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a glass baking dish.
  2. Trim chicken of any fat.
  3. Place chicken in marinade and let sit at least 1 hour, or more.
  4. Grill 12-14 minutes or until done.
