30 g (3/8 cup) of rolled oats
15 g ( 1/8 cup) of whey
20 g (1/4 cup) casein powder
100 g (1 ripe) banana
185 g (3/4 cup) of liquid egg whites
10 g (1 tbsp) poppy seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
18 g (2 tbsp) of coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp lemon zest
