Lemon and Butter Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes (10-12 small)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted (not with salt specified) water.
  2. While cooking, combine all other ingredients in a sausepan and heat to boiling.
  3. Drain potatoes, and put in serving dish.
  4. Stir lemon butter before pouring over the potatoes.
