Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp orange liquor
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat rice, milk, and sugar over medium-low heat in a medium nonstick skillet, stirring and scraping frequently.
  2. Simmer for about 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and a thick porridge is left.
  3. Add some of the rice mixture to the beaten egg in a glass, stirring quickly. Once thoroughly mixed, return to skillet and mix well.
  4. Cook for about 1 minute more, then remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
