Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain.
  2. In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, and onion salt together.
  3. In medium bowl, mix cheddar cheese with potatoes, salt, onion salt and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in pan. Saute onions until transparent and soft.
  5. Layer bottom of baking dish with lasagna noodles, then cottage cheese mixture, then layer of noodles, then potato mixture, then layer of noodles, then onions.
  6. Cover.
  7. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with sour cream.
