Lazy Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 5 or6 apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 stick melted butter
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Grease 9inch pie plate with butter
  2. Peel core and slice apples as you would for pie
  3. Sprinkle tblsp sugar and spice on apples
  4. Mix melted butter with 3/4 cp sugar add pinch of salt
  5. Add beaten egg 1 cp flour
  6. Spead batter over apples
  7. Top with 1/2 cp chopped nuts
  8. Bake 350 for 45-50min
