Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare dressing: In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. In a parfait glasses, divide sliced strawberries and top with layer of crabmeat.
  3. Spoon 1 dressing over.
  4. Top with a layer of peaches.
  5. Top with a layer of pears
  6. Top with a layer of shrimp.
  7. Garnish each with a whole strawberry and pass remaining dressing at table.
