Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In baking dish, layer sauerkraut.
  2. Sprinkle with half the Swiss cheese.
  3. Layer with corned beef.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise and salad dressing.
  5. Spread over corned beef.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and green onion.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Serve with crackers or cocktail breads.
