Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 then grease a rectangular baking pan.
  2. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms and beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  3. Pat dough in pan with floured hands pressing 1/2 up sides.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup onions and 1 cup cheese over dough.
  5. Mix eggs, soup, salt and pepper then pour over cheese and onions.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese then bake 30 minutes.
  7. Crush remaining onions then sprinkle over top and bake 5 minutes longer.
