Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning (sin pimenta)
  • 1/2 tbsp chili oil

Directions:

  1. Mix together ingredients.
  2. Pour over steaks.
  3. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for a few hours for best flavor. This recipe also works well as a quick marinade if you're in a hurry.
