Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef
  2. Mix the eggs, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and spinach in a bowl
  3. Layer sauce, noodles, spinach mixture, ground beef and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with mozarella cheese
  5. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees
  6. Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
