Lamb With Potatoes and Peas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook lamb and onion over medium-high heat until meat is browned and onion is soft.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in spices, seasonings, potatoes and water.
  4. Cover and simmer until potatoes are soft, about 30 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally to break up potato.
  6. Add peas and tomato and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve 1 cup of lamb mixture over 1/2 cup rice.
