  1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch separately in a double boiler over barely simmering water, or in the microwave at 50 percent power.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted chocolate and butterscotch, and set aside. In another medium bowl, combine Chinese noodles, peanuts and raisins. Mix in the melted chocolate mixture. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper and refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes. Decorate cookies with sprinkles.
