Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole cloves
  • 10 cinnamon sticks, 3-inches long
  • 8 small bay leaves
  • 3 tbsp star anise
  • 2 tbsp cardamom pods

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
  2. Store indefinitely at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
