Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size yellow onion , 1/2 bunch italian parsley, , 1 tea spoon salt.
  • 1 tbsp turkish tomato paste, , 1-table spoon lemon juice, 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium size tomatoes , 2 cucumbers , 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1 medium curley lettuce
  • 2 tabel spoon pomegranate syrup

Directions:

  1. 1.Place one cup bulgur into a deep dish and pour boiled water over it. Cover and let it sit to cool.
  2. 2.While bulgur is soaking and cooling, prepare other ingredients: dice onions, cucumbers, , parsley, curley and tomatoes.
  3. 3.Uncover the bulgur and stir it with wooden spoon to separate grains.
  4. 4.in a small pot add to 4 tabel spoon olive oil add to tomato paste and cook well after that stir with bulgur ,salt, and diced yellow onions. Mix well.
  5. 5.Then add diced tomatoes, green onions, parsley,cucumbers ,curley , mint & pepper. Mix well.
  6. 6.Lastly add lemon juice, pomegranate paste and more olive oil, mix and serve with lettuce.
