Kims Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Banana Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 blocks of cream cheese...(depends how big your peppers are)
  • 16 slices bacon
  • gloves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 .....Put on gloves
  2. Slice banana pepper in a tee on one side open up and remove all seeds
  3. Fill with slices of cream cheese and wrap each pepper in a slice of bacon
  4. Place peppers in a baking dish, one layer only.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or untill bacon is crisp.
  6. Let cool
  7. Enjoy!!
