Directions:

  1. In a tall glass, add minced mint leaves and a slice of lime to bottom of glass. Fill glass 2/3 of the way with ice. Add shot of simple syrup, shot of rum, and juice of 1/2 a lime. Stir together and finish off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with whole mint leaves and serve immediately.
