Kid's Snacks-Banana Cream Pie!

Ingredients:

  1. Have your kids(or adults) tear up the banana into bite size pieces. Place on graham crackers, then add a dollop of whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
  2. Place another graham cracker on top and then squish it down and enjoy! :).
  3. To make vegan whipped cream:.
  4. In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients well.
  5. Chill for 1 hour before using. Makes about 1 cup.
