Banana Avocado Pudding / Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the banana, cut into half inch slices.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, de-stone, slice it into chunks and remove the chunks with a spoon.
  3. Pour both fruits into a medium bowl.
  4. Add the honey/syrup, and soy or almond milk a tablespoon at a time (you can begin smashing vigorously and mixing with a fork, or use a food processor or blender).
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Garnish as your sunshiney heart desires.
  7. Have a beautiful day.
