Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lightly butter a 9-by 13-inch baking dish. Layer half the potatoes and sprinkle with half the flour. Add a layer of half the hotdogs and broccoli. Add half the cheese, and repeat the layered ingredients, ending with cheese. Pour the milk over all, cover with foil, and bake until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbly, about 40 minutes. The kids will love this one.
