  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease cupcake pans.
  3. • In a large mixing bowl beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add oil and eggs 1 at a time.
  4. • In a separate mixing bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. • To large mixing bowl add margarita mix and flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
  6. • Fill cupcake pans 3/4 full on each cup and bake for 28-30 minute.
  7. For frosting:.
  8. In a large mixing bowl combine softened butter, cream cheese, lime zest and juice, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until frosting is a decent consistency.
  9. After cupcakes have cooled frost and serve.
