Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup coffee brewed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Eggs
  2. T. brown sugar
  3. 1/2 c. buttermilk
  4. 1/2 c. decaf coffee
  5. T. cinnamon
  6. T. ginger
  7. T. nutmeg
  8. 1/2 t. cloves
  9. C. flour
  10. T. margarine, melted
  11. T. baking powder
  12. T. baking soda
  13. Mix together the eggs, sugar, buttermilk, coffee, water, spices and flour. Add the melted margarine and mix just until blended. Add the baking powder and baking soda, again stirring just until blended.
