Keiko's Spicy Dynamite Edamame

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups edamame , pods
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Steam the edamame for 3-5 minutes to cook.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. In a separate serving bowl, place the cooked edamame and mix with the sauce.
