Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring three quarts of salted water to the boil.
  2. Add tortellini and vegetables to boiling water,stir.
  3. Cook to package directions,about 7 to 10 minutes (DON'Tover cook!)
  4. Drain in collander and run cold water over pasta and veggies.
  5. After drained well,pour into large salad bowl,and toss with about three quarters of the Italian dressing,stir.
  6. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Refridgerate if seved cold,also good served warm after 20 minutes standing time.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
