Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. tofu
  • 1/4 cup. oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Mash tofu and whip until smooth
  2. Add all other ingredients and whip until smooth
  3. Adjust seasonings to your taste
  4. Refrigerate
