Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup. kaluha
  • 1/4 cup. oil
  • pam
  • variations : instead of sour cream i use 2 cups raspberry yogurt and 1/3 cup. of chambord instead of kaluha.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Mix all ingredients by hand
  3. Pour into bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake at 350* for 50 - 65 minutes (Should not be wet looking)
  5. ***Dark decorative pan-reduce heat to 325* at the 50 minute mark check the cake, should take another 10 minutes. Perfect!
