This is an excellent and delicious cake for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. of sour cream
2 eggs
1/3 c. kaluha
1/4 c. oil
12 oz. chocolate chips
pam
variations: instead of sour cream i use 2 cups raspberry yogurt and 1/3 c. of chambord instead of kaluha.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Mix all ingredients by hand
3. Pour into bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake at 350* for 50 - 65 minutes (Should not be wet looking)
5. ***Dark decorative pan-reduce heat to 325* at the 50 minute mark check the cake, should take another 10 minutes. Perfect!
