'just Like Mom's Ham-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice tops from peppers, core and remove seeds. Boil in salted water 3-5 minutes. Drain well. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon mixture evenly into pepper shells. Place peppers upright in a greased baking dish. Pour small amount of water to cover bottom of dish, cover dish with foil, then bake 50-60 minutes (may be frozen and reheated.
