Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Remove 6 slices of bacon from pound.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. Dice bacon remaining bacon.
  5. Brown bacon and onion with ground beef.
  6. Give it a good drain.
  7. Fry 6 slices of bacon.
  8. In a bowl combine all ingredients except 6 slices of bacon.
  9. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish (sprayed with Pam).
  10. Top with remaining bacon.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes.
