Julie Doolittle's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add eggs, beat. Add peanut butter, beat.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients.
  4. Roll into balls and then coat in sugar.
  5. Bake on ungreased pan at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove and immediately smoosh kiss into cookie.
  7. Let cool on the pan.
