Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 cups coarsley chopped walnuts
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together the white and brown sugar and oil.
  2. Whip in the eggs.
  3. Stir in the pumpkin and chopped walnuts.
  4. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
  5. Pour into a large ungreased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
