Ingredients:

  • 2 large rutabagas that have been peeled, cut into 2 cubes(the smaller you cut them, the faster they cook)

Directions:

  1. Place rutabagas in water in a large boiler pot/pan that has a lid.
  2. Put the smoked turkey necks with about 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. Only enough water to cover the rutabagas and turkey necks
  4. Cook on low/med heat for about 2 hours ...or until rutabagas are tender.
  5. Season with a little seasoned salt & pepper.
