Jesse's  Apple Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of soft butter
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp of machine yeast
  • 3 tsp gluten

Directions:

  1. In a small sauce pan on top of the stove put sliced apple,brown sugar,cinnamon and butter. Cook around 8 to 10 mins until apples are on the soft side.It will make a nice dark thick sauce when sauce is done. In your machine pan place the water, then the sauce. Add flour,salt,yeast and gluten. Cook it on white bread setting. This will make your bread a nice dark color that looks like it's a wheat bread.This will be the best bread you made all year, I promise.
  2. P.S 1/3cup raisin and or nuts may be used if you like.
