Blueberry Baked French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Place half of bread squares in pan.
  3. Spread pie filling over bread.
  4. Place remaining bread on top.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In blender, mix eggs, half and half, vanilla and spices.
  7. Pour mixture over bread.
  8. Refrigerate covered, overnight.
  9. Top with butter and sugar just before baking at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  10. Garnish with cream, nutmeg, or nuts.
  11. Serve with syrup.
