Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in DO until fat is rendered but not crisp
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until tender - about 5 minutes
  3. Add chili peppers, tomatoes and beef broth
  4. Cook until tomaotes are soft - about 20 minutes
  5. Combine chili powder, brown sugar, cumin and pepper - add to pot
  6. Stir in beef jerky
  7. Cook at a simmer or slow boil for 45 minutes
  8. Add beans, bring to a boil and cook for 5 more minutes
